A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards/additional perks:
Redeem a LINE FRIENDS Plush Cushion at $19.90 via the FRx app, and with $50 spent in a single transaction.
From 30 May to 31 July 2025
Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
The BROWN LINE FRIENDS Plush Cushion is only available for redemption from 9 to 29 June 2025.
The CONY LINE FRIENDS Plush Cushion is only available for redemption from 30 June to 31 July 2025.
From 30 May to 29 June 2025, purchase a Brown Plush Cushion at $19.90 with minimum $50 spent in a single transaction, at the selected mall for collection, at any participating FRx store.
From 30 May to 31 July 2025, purchase a Cony Plush Cushion at $19.90 with minimum $50 spent in a single transaction, at the selected mall for collection, at any participating FRx store.
Accepted payment modes are Credit/Debit Cards and PayNow. Prices stated are inclusive of GST.
Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Launch the FRx Rewards Catalogue via the FRx App to purchase and make payment for the Plush Cushion. Upon successful payment. the Plush Cushion FRx eDeal will be available in ‘My Wallet’ in the FRx app
At the point of collection, present your FRx QR Code and Rewards QR code in ‘My Wallet’ in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account at Customer Service.
All confirmed purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit.
Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, changes, or expenses which you may be required to pay at any time in connection with the usage of the Reward.
Receive a $15 FRx Gift Card and 150 bonus FRx points with $150 spent using a Citi Mastercard.

Scan your FRx QR code in the FRx app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
Minimum spend of $150 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions for a $15 FRx Gift Card and 150 bonus FRx points when you pay with your Citi Mastercard. Full payment must be made via the same Citi Mastercard.
Present up to 3 Citi Mastercard charge slip(s) and your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls' Customer Service to redeem.
Charge slips must be from the same Citi Mastercard.
Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last.
Applicable to in-store purchases and electronic transactions at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls only.
$15 FRx Gift Card and 150 bonus FRx points will be credited to member's FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met.
The stored value in each gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.
Promotion is eligible for all Citi Cardmembers, except for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls to earn FRx Points.
All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.
The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
Citibank and the Management of the respective malls decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
The Management of the respective malls shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of the respective malls shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
Citibank and the Management of the respective malls reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
"Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. EVENT
The LINE FRIENDS BOUNCY FUN EVENT ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 2 to 29 June 2025 at the following participating Frasers Property Singapore malls:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint and Waterway Point .
2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
2.1 From 30 May 2025, FRx Members can book a LINE FRIENDS Bouncy Fun session at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025.
2.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.
2.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
2.4 Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a single same-day transaction, with a minimum $50 spent at any participating FRx stores, via the FRx app, is required to enter the event.
2.5 This event is open to FRx Members and their children who are over 4 years old.
2.6 Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the 25-minute session.
2.7 Children must be at least 7 years of age and above 90cm in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.
2.8 FRx members can only register for themselves and up to five children in a single booking.
Any additional adults and children who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking which requires a minimum of $50 spent in a single same-day transaction.
2.9 Shoppers will have 15 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.
2.10 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented and validated prior to entry to the event.
2.11 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.
2.12 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.
3. EVENT DETAILS
3.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to their session timing to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to their registered session.
3.2 Each session will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.
3.3 Sessions will be available each day from 12.30pm to 9pm (weekdays) & 12pm – 9pm (weekends) (closed for cleaning from 4pm to 5pm daily),
3.4 Each session consists of 25 minutes of play time.
3.5 Socks are compulsory to enter the event, participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.
3.6 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.
3.7 The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. E. OTHERS
4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.
4.2 All personal information within the event booking will be purged from the system 12 months after the event has ended. For more details, you may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use.
4.3 In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
4.4 Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Frasers Property Singapore for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Frasers Property Singapore and/or its authorised third parties.
4.5 Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
