TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks:
Redeem a 2-in-1 Spellbound Charm Totebag worth $16.90 at Customer Service Counter, Level 2 when you spend a minimum of $100 ($150 for supermarket).
From 10 Oct to 2 Nov 2025
Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
- Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
- Minimum spend of $100 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions at participating FRx stores, $150 for supermarket transactions.
- Present your FRx QR Code in person, to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Eastpoint Mall’s Customer Service, Level 2 to redeem.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service, Level 2.
7. The Management of Eastpoint Mall reserves the right to sight all purchases and receipts before granting redemption.
8. The Management of Eastpoint Mall decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
9. The Management of Eastpoint Mall shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and the Management of Eastpoint Mall shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
10. The Management of Eastpoint Mall shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Management of Eastpoint Mall from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of Eastpoint Mall shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
11. The Management of Eastpoint Mall reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
D. EVENT
The Whimsical Play Zone ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 27 October to 2 November 2025 at Eastpoint Mall.
1. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
1.1 From 26 October 2025, FRx Members can book a 10-minute Whimsical Play Zone session at discover.frasersexperience.com/book/a-whimsical-play-zone.
1.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.
1.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
1.4 Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a single same-day transaction, with a minimum $50 spent at any participating FRx stores, via the FRx app, is required to enter the event.
1.5 This event is open to FRx Members and their children who are over 7 years old.
1.6 FRx members can only register for themselves and one child in a single booking.
Any additional adults and children who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking which requires an additional $50 spent in a single same-day transaction.
1.9 Shoppers will have 5 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.
1.10 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented and validated prior to entry to the event.
1.11 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.
1.12 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.
2. EVENT DETAILS
2.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to their session timing to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to their registered session.
2.2 Each session will be held for a maximum of 5 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.
2.3 Sessions will be available each day from 12pm to 8pm daily.
2.4 Each session consists of around 10 minutes.
2.5 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Eastpoint Mall and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.
2.7 The Management of Eastpoint Mall and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. E. OTHERS
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.
2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Eastpoint Mall will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Eastpoint Mall reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
