2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, Frasers Experience members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same Frasers Experience member’s account.
3. For NTUC Fairprice supermarket spending, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts at NTUC Fairprice’s Customer Service counter for Frasers point crediting.
4. The following receipts, are strictly not entitled to Frasers Points and/or Instant Rewards redemption:- ATMs, AXS/SAM machines, banks and financial institutions, bill/installment payments/deposits, child care centres, deposits, gift card purchases, insurance policy payments, lottery tickets purchases, money changers, non-profit organisations, offices, payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave, pushcarts / kiosks / roadshows / atrium fairs and retailers on temporary leases, tenant voucher/ gift card / Cashcard /stored value cards / prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, and SISTIC purchases.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stock last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
